I suspect this has more to do with the <a href="http://phkfnuuc.com">stiailbty</a> and safety of England more than anything else.  And it&#39;s relative proximity to the growing wealthy compared to the US.And yes, I am sure that most of the wealthy actually do respect the high culture of England.  Someone commented that the WASPs will be eclipsed by others, and this may be true, but I suspect that newcomers will be unable to maintain the culture - and thus safety and stability - of the WASPs.
