Hi Tracey, thank you so much for sharing your story and being so open about your pain. I’m doing better every day and it’s in part to the outpouring of encouragement and support I’ve received here at CrazyGirl Nation. I am so grateful!

I can see that. I just started blogging about my pain for the past 8 months this month and I can tell you it helps A LOT! A friend of mine suggested it last month and I dragged my feet on it because I was scared of being vulnerable but deep down I knew she was right. I dont think I can put into words how much better I feel about a lot of things since August 1st. You have an awesome following here with women and men who care a lot about you which is also very awesome.
